The final day to submit new VHT orders is August 5th. All photography shoots must be completed by August 15th and proofs completed by August 25th.
August 31, 2025 will be the last day that VHT systems will be accessible for both customers and photographers. All media and content must be downloaded no later than this day.

As part of this new partnership, Compass will continue to subsidize your photography costs, making it even easier to market your listings with stunning imagery at a significantly discounted rate. While the structure has changed, this new solution provides more value: unlimited high-quality photos and floorplans, ensuring every listing gets the visual attention it deserves without limitations.
Your new out-of-pocket cost, after the Compass subsidy, is $149 for unlimited photography, floorplans, and a 3D Tour for each of your listings* up to 6000 sq ft. Pricing is based on final floor plan figures.

Agents joining Compass prior to January 1, 2024 can apply for an SMO Credit for residential listings if not selecting the subsidized Real Vision photography option.
*As per our standard SMO policy, rentals, commercial units, and buy-side transactions are not eligible for SMO Credits. SMO Credits must be requested within 3 months of the listing date and expire after 6 months.
