Our support team is here to make your workplace experience as helpful as possible.

Our offices are set up to help our agents feel their best and reach their highest potential. We have dedicated staff working together to make your experience at Compass unlike any other broker.

Our offices have a modern and contemporary feel and are designed to represent the Compass brand, culture, and values that we all share.

All of our offices have an open environment to encourage collaboration and connection. This enables everyone to practice and adopt our guiding principles.

Hours

Our offices are staffed between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except on Compass designated holidays.

Parking

Parking will vary by office. Specific guidance on parking can be located in our office hospitality guides.

COMMUNICATIONS


Phones

Each office has its own direct phone number; however, all lines ring to a central system. Our team works together to ensure all inbound calls are handled, regardless of which Compass number they call or what they are calling about. Every Compass staff member and agent has a direct phone number available in our phone system for transferring calls. Voicemails are forwarded upon receipt.

Wifi & Printing

All offices use the same Compass wifi network and password. After connecting once, your computer should pick up the wifi automatically no matter which office you go to. Please contact the office experience team if you need set up to scan. All printers are setup with a different type of paper in each tray and should not be changed.

OFFICE ACTIVITIES

Mail & Packages

Mail is distributed on a daily basis by the office experience manager into designated agent mailboxes, located within the office. You will receive an email notification for any mail or package that is received on your behalf. Agents are expected to manage their own outbound mail and packages.

Building Access

Some sites have badges while others may have keypads or lockboxes. Each office has site-specific instructions available within their hospitality guides for accessing our buildings during and after business hours.

Emails

Each office has their own unique administration email address for reaching the office experience team. These can be found with the specific office details.

Conferencing

Each of our offices has at least one conference room that can be utilized for settlements or any other business-related activity. They are equipped with a TV for screen sharing purposes. Due to space limitations and availability, you must reserve the conference room ahead of time.


Checks

There are secure check drop boxes at each office location. During business hours, checks can be placed in the lock box at reception using the pre-printed envelopes. See site-specific hospitality guides for more details, specifically after-hours drop-off instructions. We request that every check notates the property address for timely processing.

Desk Availability

Our offices have a variety of different workspaces for agents including private offices, shared private offices, conference rooms, phone rooms, and open office spaces. Every office has flex desks available for on-demand use in addition to desks dedicated to our full-time office users. These are all managed by the office experience team.

Stationary & Supplies

Along with standard office supplies, each office is stocked with Compass-branded envelopes, pocket folders, note cards and pitch books. Supplies are limited.
