BUSINESS BUDGET: Agents can purchase eligible business expenses such as computers or office supplies for reimbursement from Compass. After making your purchase through our discount program or at the vendor of your choice, you can submit your purchase receipt to Compass for reimbursement.
MARKETING BUDGET: Agents are given a set amount of dollars that Compass agrees to provide to the agent to assist with promoting their business, listings, and increasing market share. Covered marketing expenses are items that adhere to Compass’ identity standards and promote brand awareness.

As long as you’re using the proof downloaded from Sign Center to send to your vendor, you will ensure that your signage is compliant and on-brand to be reimbursed through the marketing budget.
Once you’ve clicked ‘Review & Add to Cart’ there will be an option to ‘See PDF Proof’ which you can download to share with your vendor

All business cards templates can be found in Marketing Center, under the Brand Resources tab.
You can create and print your preferred design directly through the XpressDocs website. If this is your first time using XpressDocs, please be sure to register login information.
Business Cards are a reimbursable expense through your marketing budget.

Compass Coming Soon can only be in the system for 24 business hours before it has to be set as an ‘Active’ listing in the MLS.
An MLS Coming Soon listing can be in the system for up to 21 days before it automatically switches to an ‘Active’ listing.

Earnest Money Releases should be requested 7 days before closing. To request an Earnest Money release ahead of closing, please use the Earnest Money Release Form.
Termination Requests can be submitted using the Termination & Release Request Form.
