Affinity Groups

Here at Compass, we’re focused on creating an inclusive and values–based culture. One way we’re doing that is through our affinity groups.

These are spaces where all employees and agents can find support and peer collaboration. Our purpose is to create a safe environment for our underrepresented communities to share their personal experiences with each other. All affinity groups are voluntary and open to everyone.
